Adrienne and Cash Carruth, alongside their three boys, have been ranching in the local area for years. They strive to honor their heritage by raising quality, all-natural, hormone-free beef and giving back to the land for future generations. 

They utilize tried-and-true conservation practices, like rotational grazing, to ensure they give back to the land as much as they take. As cattle ranchers, the Carruth family cultivates healthy soils and provides habitat for wildlife so the land we borrow from future generations will continue to thrive.

Carruth Cattle offers all-natural  and hormone-free custom beef. Calves are born on native rangeland in New Mexico and stay with their mothers while their ruminant stomachs develop from a milk-based diet to a forage-based diet. They wean the calves when they are seven to nine months old and allow them to continue to grow on pasture. They offer custom feeding options like grass fed and finished on native New Mexico grasses or grain finished.
