The Beckstead family has been in the farming industry and community for decades. Kevin's dad used to own a feed store right here in Farmington. After a career in fiberoptics, Kevin and Cindy Beckstead, decided to take on farming in the local community and have had much success at the growers markets as well has supplying to the Harvest Food Hub. 

KC Gardens primarily grows lettuce varieties and microgreens using their own hydroponic system.
